![]() While I lived in Las Vegas for 16 years, he shared some interesting tidbits about items along the way that enhanced the overall experience. The other diners feasted on four of their feature desserts that all looked quite decadent, but after everything we ate prior I could not imagine having that much dessert! The best parts of the experience included: - As part of the walking tour Donald, the owner and our guide for the evening, shared interesting facts of the locations as well as the scenic points of interest along the way. The best part was that they were all homemade selections with fresh fruit and simply marvelous. After filling up on a variety of dishes, I commented on the way in that I was ready for some refreshing sorbet - which they quickly provided. Mine was a version of a pasta primavera with red sauce which was divine! Our final stop on the venture was Cucina by Wolfgang Puck in Crystals. I was already getting full and we had two more stops to go! Next, we went to Scarpetta's for a wonderful array of their treats including their polenta which looked amazing and two other pasta options, accompanied by a third signature beverage. The other guests had the feature dish of octopus as well as a sampling of their fresh fish. I received a sumptuous plate of grilled vegetables (including mushrooms which I absolutely loved!) and was also able to have the crispy eggplant (yum!) and the cucumber tomato salad sans the cheese, along with another amazing signature drink. I have been there before and had a good experience, and was not disappointed. The general diners partook of escargot, duck wings, and chicken french dip sandwiches, while I had two wonderful salads, along with a champagne cocktail! Next on the list was Estatorio Milos. I have been wanting to try this restaurant and it did not let me down. Being a vegan, I am sometimes a little hesitant in participating in group dining experiences like this as I have not always had great options - but the evening tour left me extremely full and satisfied! We began the walking tour at the fountains and made our way to Bardot.
